Summary of Responsibility:
Morris Group is looking for a detail-oriented Cash Application Coordinator to support the accounts receivable and collections process while maintaining strong customer relationships. This role is primarily responsible for cash application, processing credit cards, support internal ticket system and cash reconciliation. The Cash Application Coordinator will also respond to internal and external inquiries, assist with administrative tasks and special projects, while collaborating with team members and adhering to company policies and procedures.
What You Will Contribute:
Distribute daily cash reports
Monitor and maintain help desk ticket system
Reconcile cash
Process customer credit cards
Assist with special projects related to the collections team
Perform miscellaneous organizational and administrative tasks as required
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
· File UCC’s as necessary
· Research and resolve customer payment discrepancies, unmatched cash and other AR issues.

Qualifications & Competencies:
Prefer 2 years of collection and/or customer service experience
Strong customer service and client relationship building skills
Confident in Microsoft Suite programs
Strong organizational skills are a must
Excellent analytical skills and ability to meet processing deadlines
Ability to work both independently as well as part of a successful team
Available for 40 hours, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

Ability to work in industrial environments, with exposure to noise, lubricants, coolants, metal chips, and other manufacturing conditions, while consistently wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
