Summary of Responsibility:
We are looking for an effective Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a warehouse, managing staff, inventory, and the flow of materials in and out of the facility. This includes receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, while also ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
What You Will Contribute:
- Staff Management: Training and supervising warehouse personnel.
- Inventory Management: Overseeing the organization, storage, and tracking of inventory.
- Process Management: Ensuring the efficient flow of materials through the warehouse, including receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping.
- Safety & Security: Enforcing safety protocols, conducting inspections, and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Maintaining quality standards in all warehouse operations.
- Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in warehouse operations and implementing solutions. Produce reports and statistics regularly (Stock status report, slow moving Obsolete stock report etc.)
- Communication: Conducting team meetings and communicating effectively with employees. Liaise with suppliers and transport companies
- Equipment Operation: Will involve operating warehouse management systems (D365), handheld scanners, and other equipment.
- Performance Management: Conducting performance reviews and addressing employee issues.
- Cost Management: Working to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Qualifications and Competencies:
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases
- Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- BS degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration a plus
