We are seeking a motivated Associate Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team and contribute to our mission of building an engaged and high-performing workforce. This role provides a superb opportunity for an HR professional looking to expand their experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment. You will assist in various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and compliance, while playing a vital role in shaping a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures, ensuring a positive employee experience. Assist with investigations and various employee relations issues.
- Performance & Engagement: Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management processes.
- HR Compliance: Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies, ensuring HR records are accurate and up to date.
- HR Systems & Reporting: Maintain HR databases, generate reports, and assist in HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Seek opportunities to improve HR processes and contribute to projects that enhance HR operations and efficiency.
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about concerns.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience, recruiting, employee relations, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and ability to establish relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, reporting and analytical skills. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to handle confidential data with a high level of integrity.
- Ability to travel nationally, with an average of 2-3 trips annually to various company facilities.
